Steps to ordering Cranium CoRE:

  1. Create a free account with Cranium CoRE
  2. Print out this form and fill out the contact information, including the username from the free account you created above
  3. Fax the form filled out and your purchase order to 847-841-4216.

Once we receive your faxed order we will email you information regarding your premium membership. Normally the ordering process takes less than 48 hours from fax to completion.
